Carrie & Heather were simply amazing! Wonderful to deal with, super friendly and explained everything really well. The facility was nice and clean, and we never had any issues what so ever. If we need to use a storage locker again, Bluebird will be getting our business again for sure.

When I got to the facility, Carrie provided practical assistance in choosing the right size unit for my needs. While there, I watched as she and her associate assisted a young family — who truly needed some extra help — with utter professionalism, kindness and sensitivity. We were very happy with the support and service provide by the team in Red Deer. They were able to support our request, not an easy one. We wanted 2 to 3 large units accessible for a 52' moving truck, they made it happen! No drama, no excuses, pleasant and professional. 3 storage units were secured for us side by side in a row. In the end we only needed 2 of the 3, no problem the adjustment was made.Would I recommend them? Absolutely, without hesitation. Oh and by the way, their units do have monitered security systems. We saw and heard it, also meet the independent security services who responded when another uint was incorrectly accessed.
