Fantastic service and very accommodating. Needed a 10x10 for temp storage while moving, then process was extremely easy to transition into a smaller unit as needs changed. Girls in the office are kind, helpful, and willing to find the best solution for your needs.

I got caught in the post covid rental frenzy when it was impossible to find a place to rent. I lived in a hotel with my family for 10 months until I found a home to rent. I used Sentinel storage in gasoline alley Red Deer to store all my furniture and belongings during that time. I found the people in the office absolutely amazing and helpful and I didn't have to worry at all about security. My fear was damage to my belongings. Water leaking in, mice etc. I rented an unheated unit and after 10 months of a hot summer and cold winter, I'd pretty much resigned myself to the inevitable. When we emptied my unit I was beyond thrilled to find that absolutely nothing had been damaged in any way nor was there any signs of vermin. If you need a reliable storage facility that you know you can count on, this is definitely the one to choose.

Was fairly easy to sign up online. Bit of an issue when you receive the bar code on your phone. As when you get it there how do you scan it then? Otherwise great. At the site the staff was excellent.

Friendly and very competent staff. Made a last minute request for a 10 x 10 unit possible in record time. Unit was very clean and conveniently located near our south end location.
