I was in desperate need of a second storage unit. I was moving and extremely stressed. Jen at the main office in Red Deer helped me out and got me a second one and took a huge weight off my shoulders. She was so sweet and kind and told me it would all work out... and she was right. It did!! So thank you to the whole staff for really great service. Definitely will use you again in the future

Made it so simple and easy, my unit ended up being to small, I had no issues at all upgrading. Thank you so much for making this as easy as I needed it to be. Plus 4 weeks free,can't go wrong with that

Jen was so fantastic to deal with! She made everything easy and was very kind on the phone. When I called 6 months later to let her know we had moved out she remembered me. She is definitely an asset to your team!

My husband Alex found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The indoor units are heated and comfortable. This was our first ever use of a storage unit. Thank you for wonderful experience
