Very happy with Sentinel, they were very helpful with anything I needed. The online account to get the gate code was also very convenient and user friendly. I did see what looked like a homeless person in the storage place that had the gate code and entered on a bicycle . Seemed like a nice guy but still would make me uncomfortable if I left my valuables there. Not really their fault as I’m sure it’s hard to verify who’s renting there.
