Very happy with Sentinel, they were very helpful with anything I needed. The online account to get the gate code was also very convenient and user friendly. I did see what looked like a homeless person in the storage place that had the gate code and entered on a bicycle . Seemed like a nice guy but still would make me uncomfortable if I left my valuables there. Not really their fault as I’m sure it’s hard to verify who’s renting there.

The staff is always ready to help, fast and friendly. It can be stressful dealing with all the changes that are presented having multiple units at different locations. Xenia, the most recent staff I dealt with, was exceptionally pleasant and provided me a tailored storage solution. Thanks to her and all of the staff!
