Poor customer service. Not very transparent for what you are getting. Don’t expect a unit you see in the pictures on their website. Oh and you need ramps to drive into what they call a heated storage unit they charge $400 per month for. They forget to tell you until sign off for the unit. Absolute garbage units. Don’t waste your time or money.

The staff is always ready to help, fast and friendly. It can be stressful dealing with all the changes that are presented having multiple units at different locations. Xenia, the most recent staff I dealt with, was exceptionally pleasant and provided me a tailored storage solution.

I've been dealing with Sentinel Storage- Red Deer for over 11 years almost everyday. Staffs come and go but since the beginning I've noticed that staffs and crew are very well trained to deal with cuayomers. They're all polite and very helpful, they will guide you and assist you in everything that you need to keep your things safe. Audra and the rest of the crew work hard to guide their customers.
The facility itself is well-organized and clean and most of it is abolutely safe.
It's a highly recommended place to store your things for short or long term period. Thumbs up!

I have had 10x10 unit for the last year at this place, every time I come in for any reason I’m always met with polite, kind, funny lady’s at the front desk, Jen, the lady who usually helps me is always nice and friendly, she is fun to talk to and always makes me smile.

Jen Rosen the store manager of Red Deer is very nice and awesome to deal with. Would highly recommend to anybody I know, very good customer service.
