I was looking to rent a storage unit in the Red Deer area and SmartStop Self Storage had a fantastic promotional rate available. I called and spoke to "Jo" and she answered all of my questions. I went in the next day and Jo was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, pleasant, explained everything very well and took great care in the rental process. Great prices and Great Service!

I don't think I could have found better service than the front office in red deer facility. They were suffering some growing pains since the recent takeover of the facility. The lady who helped me kept a brave smile and we worked through a few minor computer glitches and I ended up with exactly what I came there for and left with a smile and knowing I was getting a great deal along with confidence in the staff. Above and beyond. If I could give 6 stars I would have.

Carrie & Heather were simply amazing! Wonderful to deal with, super friendly and explained everything really well.
The facility was nice and clean, and we never had any issues what so ever.
If we need to use a storage locker again, Bluebird will be getting our business again for sure.

Clean and well maintained units. The staff and management has been so helpful and kind. Bluebird has been a great support and goes above and beyond to give back to the community in a number of ways. This company sets the bar high in Red Deer in terms of service and community support. Hands down recommend Bluebird storage!

Awesome service. Very accommodating. I once forgot to lock my storage unit, They called me within the hour of being there and let me know and locked it for me. Very reasonably priced. Staff are super friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing a little extra storage at great price.
