Best Storage place ever, they treat u with nothing but kidness, compassion & understanding. We were one of the many families who were caught in the housing cirsis & was forced to live in hotels for over a yr, while everything was put in storage. It was a very stressful time, but thankfully we found a place. The ladies who work there go above & beyond to accomodate your needs. Carrie your awesome !!! thanks for all u did for us. Much appreciated.This was litterally one of the worst times in our life but this place never passed judgement on us or made us feel like we were wortless......meant so much to me, & I will never forget your kindness.

Where to even start? Carrie Bruce is awesome, the most lovely lady I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was friendly, warm, attentive, empathetic, smart/quick thinking and willing to go the extra mile to help folks in need. She even convinced a busy moving company to come and help unload some uhaul trucks and trailers fairly last minute which I am forever grateful for. This woman is a true example of service excellence and many businesses should take note and learn from her. This Bluebird Storage facility is very clean and well taken care of, this facility has a good system in place and you can be rest assured your stored items will be in good hands. It’s very evident that they take pride in their business with everything I have mentioned above as well as how they treat each and every customer. I would recommend this facility to everyone, you’d be silly to go anywhere else.

In the last twenty years I have had to use several self storage companies in Central Alberta. Without a doubt, Bluebird Self Storage is the best. Reasonable prices, very clean and the employees go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. This time around I needed a heated unit. It was worth every nickel.
